The salary of SIDBI assistant manager, as per the official notification is ₹ 70,000 (approx) including the standard allowances. The take-home salary will vary as per the grade of employee and the location of posting.
Note: All those who get selected for these posts should execute a service bond agreeing to serve SIDBI for 3 years or pay a sum of ₹ 2 Lakh in case he/she chooses to leave SIDBI before completing 3 years.
Who are Eligible?

- Age to be within 21 to 28 years, as on March 4, 2022 (age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD etc.,)
- Must have secured at least 60% aggregate in Bachelors Degree in Law Or Degree in Engineering OR Master’s degree in any discipline OR CA / CS / CWA / CFA OR Ph.D from any recognized university or institute.
- Candidates in their final year or semester are also eligible to apply, but must produce the necessary document for having got the results on or before March 24, 2022.
Selections:
The selection process for SIDBI officers recruitment 2022 involves an online examination and personal interview. The online examination is divided into two parts – Objective test for 200 marks & Descriptive test for 50 marks.
There will be cutoffs for each section in the objective test, as well as on the total score. Similarly, 0.25 marks would be reduced as negative mark for each wrong answer. Therefore, candidates who secure the minimum cut-off marks fixed by SIDBI will only qualify for the interview stage.
How to register for SIDBI officers recruitment 2022: Applicants need to pay ₹ 1100 as application fee to apply (₹ 175 for SC/ ST/ PWD) at the time of online registration. All candidates have to make the payment only via online mode and submit their application form.
