Who Are Eligible?
Unlike other public sector recruitments the intelligence bureau has prescribed only few qualifications,
– Age to be within 18 – 27 years as on May 7, 2022 (+5yrs for sc/st, +3yrs for obc)
– Should have completed B.E or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electronics & Tele-communication or Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering, from a Government recognized University / College / Institute OR
– Master’s Degree in Science with Electronics or Physics with Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Computer Science; or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, from a Government recognized University College / Institute.
– Applicants must hold a valid GATE score card (GATE 2020 or 2021 or 2022) in Electronics & Communication (GATE code: EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS).
Process of Selection:
As part of the selection procedure of Intelligence bureau ACIO Grade II/ Tech recruitment 2022, eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview, to be held in Delhi.As per estimates, it is expected that that atleast 1500 candidates shall be invited for interview (10 times the number of vacancies)
Based on your GATE score and performance in the interview, candidates shall be shortlisted for final merit list.
Registration Fees:
The fee of Rs.100 (gen/obc) can be paid online or in cash at any State Bank of India branch using the generated challan form from 2nd day of registration till the last date of online application.
All female candidates & those belonging to SC/ ST categories are not required to pay exam/ registration fees as they are completely exempted from it.
