AAI Exam Admit Cards for Junior Executive (ATC) Recruitment Released

The much expected AAI exam call letter/ e admit card for the recruitment of Junior Executives (Air Traffic Control) is now available on Airports Authority of India website (www.aai.aero). Applicants who had registered for advt number 7/2015 are only eligible to download these call letters.

The AAI recruitment for Junior Executives (ATC) was notified in the month of January 2016.For a total of 200 vacancies, the public sector company had invited science graduates & engineering degree holders to apply.

Although the online application process closed in January, there was no information about the exams.Now after 3 months, the airports authority is now taking the first step of selection procedure.

AAI JE (ATC) Exam Admit Card – Steps to Download

Inorder to download your call letter, make sure you have the application number in hand.It is a number generated after succesful submission of the registration form.

1) Visit this page here at AAI website

2) Enter your application no & date of birth (without slashes)

3) Click on the button ‘Login’

Follow the instructions displayed on screen to download the admit card.

About AAI Exam & Centres

There will two sections in the test – Part A & B with 60 questions in each.Candidates can see the question paper in english & hindi languages.

  • Total Questions:120
  • Total Marks: 120
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • There will be no negative marks (each correct answer carries you 1 mark)

The online test dates are mentioned in the downloaded hall ticket.It would be held only in centres located at Delhi/ Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Chennai/ Hyderabad / Trivandrum / Allahabad/ Guwahati/ Nagpur & Ahmedabad.

Documents to carry: It is compulsory for all candidates to carry the following documents to the exam venue, without which entry would be denied.

  • Photo ID such as Voter’s ID, Driving License, ID Cards issued by Government(s) or other Offices, Aadhaar Card.
  • E-admit card printout (call letter downloaded from the above link)
