Following the success of PSB`s common written examinations, gramin bank too joined the process. This not only made selection procedures for 80+ RRBs simple but also reduced the recruitment time.Despite small number of vacancies, one can see candidates applying for these gramin banks which yet again shows the interest of young people.
The only disadvantage faced by CWE qualifiers is the unavailability of score ranges, which IBPS had released for previous year. This makes it difficult for applicants to judge their chances.Hope the institute is looking into it.
