The much awaited Bank of Baroda`s clerk recruitment results are out.This could be well be one of the fastest bank to complete its hiring activity as BOB has taken just 2 months to wrap up.While some banks have just started calling for interviews, it has to be seen whether BOB selected people show interest in them.
Bank of Baroda as per their original notice had on offer 2000 clerks which opened twice for application submission.Initially it was for graduates & later for +2 passouts as well.
In the month of July, personal interviews were conducted for those shortlisted as per the ratio of 1:4 & 1:5.At the time,BOB had also displayed their cutoffs.
The process that began in the first week went on till the mid-july.Now, within a period of 1 month the bank has finalized its appointments.

Just because clerical vacancies exist across various Indian states, the final result notification also speaks the same language.

The minimum qualifying mark required to pass in personal interview was 40% (35 for reserved cat)
Further details on reporting date, medical test & joining formalities shall be sent directly to the appointees.So keep an eye on your emails & SMS.
Cutoff Scores
So if you were not selected, it means,
- You couldn’t secure the required marks in PI to enter the final list OR
- Your final score (CWE TWS +interview marks) may be insufficient to rank higher
Not to worry as a facility to view cutoffs & marks scored will be opened at BOB website on August 10
Although BOB has not specified of any service bond agreements, all newly recruited employees of clerical cadre shall be in probation for 6 months
