Bank of Baroda is inviting applications to fill specialist officer vacancies in scale I,II & III cadres.Although IBPS SO exam is conducted for specialist officer posts in govt banks, it is primarily held only for freshers.
As part of Bank of Baroda Specialist Officer Recruitment Project 2016-17, a total of 1039 posts (across various disciplines) have been earmarked.
1. Junior Management Grade/ Scale I: 66 Posts
2. Middle Management Grade/ Scale II: 676 Posts
3. Middle Management Grade / Scale III: 256 Posts
4. Senior Management Grade / Scale IV: 41 Posts
* candidates can apply for any one post only BUT for Finance/Credit (scale II) and Trade Finance (scale II), you may apply for both if the applicant fulfils the eligibility criteria.

200 vacancies are present for marketing officer position in Bank of Baroda.
Trade Finance (scale II):

Human Resource Management (scale II): Applicant must have a degree in MBA/ PGDM in HRM/ Personnel Management /Industrial Relations/ HRD (full time 2 yr course)
Posses 2 yr experience of working in banks/ financial institution in the field of HR.

Since the recruitment is held for different positions, the selection process differs for each scale.
Scale I: Online test followed by GD & Interview
Scale II, III & IV: GD and (or) Interview only.
Note: Incase the number of applications received for scale II & III are high, BOB may conduct an online written test.
The exact dates of written test, group discussion & personal interview would be informed later on BOB website.
Service Bond: All selected candidates for appointment should sign a bond agreement to serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years or pay Rs.1.5 lakh incase of discontinuation.
