1) IBPS Scores: IBPS bank exam scores are not required to apply for these posts.Candidates who did not qualify or those who couldnt appear in previous IBPS exams are ALSO eligible to apply.
2) Agelimit: Applicants of Officer (credit) must be within 21 – 30 years and for Manager (scale II), it should be 23 – 25 years, as on April 10, 2017 (maximum age is relaxed by 3 years for OBC, 5 yrs for SC/ ST and 10 yrs for PWD)
3) Education: The educational qualification for the two positions are:
Officer (Credit): Any degree with minimum 60% marks (55% for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD)along with 2 or 3 year MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA course OR PG degree in Commerce or Science or Economics OR Chartered Accountant OR ICWA OR Company Secretary.
Those in the final year of MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA or PG degree in Commerce or Science or Economics are also eligible to apply, but their final results should be declared on or before 30th June 2017.
No experience is required for Officer – Credit (scale I) position.
Manager (MMGS II): Any degree with minimum 60% marks (55% for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD)along with 2 or 3 year MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA course OR PG degree in Commerce or Science or Economics OR Chartered Accountant OR ICWA OR Company Secretary.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience as an Officer – in any Public Sector Bank OR in any Private Bank having minimum Business Mix of Rs.1 Lakh crore as on 31.3.2017
4) Computer knowledge: Candidates must have studied Information Technology or Computer science or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level.
If not, a certificate in any computer course for a minimum of 3 months is required.
5) Job Location: On appointment, selected candidates should be ready to work anywhere in India, as these are officer posts.
6) Selection process: Selection will be through online test and personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.
Dates of wrriten examination will be released later on the bank`s website.
7) Exam Pattern: There are 3 papers, each carrying for a total of 50 marks and the total duration of 120 minutes.
