Asst manager (Electrical/ S&T) manage the various maintenance systems & processes in connection with operation & maintenance of Metro Trains /tracks/ works etc, & also for installation/ execution of various systems in DMRC projects.

Station Controller/ Train Operator Job Profile: This is an inter-changeable position wherein the appointed person may need to work as Station controller or Train operator, as per the requirement of DMRC.
The main works of SC/ TO includes operating the trains, looking after the daily affairs of Metro Stations including CCC, Depot Control Centres, Operation Control Centres etc. in shift duty including night shift.
Salary: The take home salary of asst manager (finance) is approx Rs.32000 – 36000/ month (might vary slightly depending on allowances paid)

Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) Job Profile: Interact with commuters/ passengers at the Customer Care Centres (CCC) & cater to their needs & problems.
They are also required to look after the affairs of the stations including operation control centres in shift duty including night shift.CRA`s will get promoted as Station controller/ Train operator.
Salary: The take home salary of customer relations assistant would be approx Rs.23,000 – 26,000/ month.
Assistant Manager (HR): The primary job is dealing with human resources management, address staff grievances & redressal, SAP/ ESS, Staff/ Labour welfare etc.
Salary: The take home salary of asst manager (HR) is approx Rs.44000 – 46000/ month.(can differ slightly depending on allowances paid)
Assistant Manager (Finance): Works in the finance department taking care of finance management, SAP/ ESS, pay & allowances etc.

Junior Engineers Job Profile: Their work schedule includes maintenance of various activities that happen in the following depts.
Jr. Engineers need to work in shifts, that also includes night shifts.
Salary: The monthly salary of junior engineer is around Rs.32000 – 36000/ month.
Account Assistant Job Profile: They are part of the accounts department & handle matters related to General administration bills, Expenditure, Budget, Salary, Audits, Taxation, Reimbursement etc in SAP/ ERP.
Salary: The monthly salary of account assistant shall be approx Rs.23,000 – 26,000/ month.
Assistant Manager (Operations): They are responsible for managing the Stations/ Trains/ Staff.These individuals also handle Roster preparation, OCC, Commuter grievances redressal etc.
Salary: For Asst Manager (operations), the take home salary shall be approx Rs.44000 – 46000/ month (could slightly differ based on allowances paid)
Maintainer Job Profile: These people are the actual workmen who indulge in the installation/ execution of various systems like Lifts, Escalators, Track, Structure, Traction/OHE, E&M, Signaling, Telecom/Automatic Fare Collection, Train Coaches, P. Way, works, Stores Depots etc.,
Salary: Maintainers are paid approx Rs.16,000 – 20,000/ month based on their trade specialization.
