What are the age limit conditions for PO post?
Minimum: 20 years & Maximum: 30 years.Applicants must have attained this age as on August 1, 2017.
In short, you must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1987 & not later than 01.08.1997
The maximum age is relaxed for the below categories: SC/ST – 35 yrs | OBC (non-creamy) – 33 yrs | Disabled – 40 yrs |
Is 50% or 60% required in degree?
Absolutely No.If you have passed in degree, you are eligible to apply for IBPS PO 2017 exam.
Can B.E. or B.Tech degree holders apply?
Yes.
I had scored 45% in UG & 70% in PG.Am I eligible?
As said earlier, your percentage in UG/ PG is not important.You can fill the application form if you had passed in UG (degree).
I am working in an IT company.Will I get any age relaxation?
Although employees of IT company are eligible to apply for banking exams, there are no separate concessions or relaxations provided for you while registering.
Can final year/ semester students apply? I am waiting for marksheets/ degree certificate etc.,?
Candidates in final semester can also apply but their results should be declared on or before 5.09.2017.
If you haven’t received the degree certificate, some valid document from the college/ university, stating the results were declared on or before September 5, 2017 should be submitted at the time of interview.
Can correspondence/ distance education graduates apply for IBPS PO 2017?
Yes, candidates who had completed their degree through distance education/ part-time/ correspondence are also eligible for this recruitment.
Can I fill the application form with CGPA/ OGPA grades?
No.Candidates should indicate their marks only in percentage.
Contact your college for the methodology to follow on converting CGPA to percentile. Also get a certificate attested by the concerned official for the same.

No.There is no offline fee payment option in IBPS PO 2017.
All candidates must pay the registration fees only through Debit/ATM card or Credit card or Netbanking only
After you make the payment, remember to take a print of the e-receipt which may be asked in future.
While making online payment,I lost internet connection.Should I apply from first again?
Not required.Once you get the connection, login with your registration id & password to complete the payment and submit the application.
I made some mistake in the application.Can I send a new application again?
If you had paid the fees & submitted the application, you wont be able to make any changes to it.
In this case, you may submit another application but to be on the safer side, use a different email id for this new application.You must also pay the application fees once again.
