Federal Bank, one of the large private sector bank with headquarters in kerala has released the PO recruitment 2018 notification.Established in 1931, the bank is currently functioning with 1252 branches spread across 24 indian states.They also have recently opened representative offices in UAE.

The payscale for PO is minimum 7.50 lakhs to 9.40 lakhs/ year depending on the place of posting and other factors.such as allowances/ benefits etc.,.
While the total emoluments is not revealed, based on previous recruitments, an officer posted at Cochin shall get a take home salary is Rs.43,000 – 45,000 /month (approx.)

Who are Eligible?
For you to become eligible for federal bank PO recruitment, it is necessary to fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
– Age should not be above 26 yrs, as on 1.7.2018
– Must have completed post graduate (PG) degree with 60%, as on 27.08.2018
– It is necessary for applicants to posses a consistent track record of having 60% in 10th, 12th, UG/ PG
Applicants need not posses IBPS exam scores, as this is a private sector bank recruitment.So even those who couldnt qualify in the recent IBPS PO exam are eligible to apply.

Selection Process:
The selection procedure will include Aptitude Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. The online test of 150 marks will be held for 90 minutes in the following pattern:
While there would be negative marks of 0.25 for each wrong answer, the qualifying marks in each section shall be decided by the bank based on the performance of all candidates.
The online aptitude test will be followed by a psychometric questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
Only the shortlisted candidates from online test will be called for group discussion & personal interview.
Steps to Apply:
Application fees of Rs.700 & Rs.350 (SC/ST) should be paid online through the payment gateway integrated with the online application form.
The fee payment must be made before August 27, 2018
