Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts common written examinations (CWE) on behalf of all public sector banks in India except SBI group.It is required to qualify to apply for PO or clerk vacancies in these banks.
The Ministry of Finance under Govt. of India had informed all PSBs in 2012 to implement certain HR recommendations made by A.K.Khandelwal committee.
