Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had allotted candidates who were successful in the common written examinations & interviews to public sector banks as PO, Clerk & Specialist Officer.
A reserve list (waiting list) was also created for PO III, Clerk III & Spl. Officer III selection process with people who had secured slightly lower marks. It was done to make sure that if someone doesn’t join a bank, the next eligible person could be allotted.
The institute had fixed minimum cutoff scores for the reserve list too which gave a ray of hope to candidates who fell within that range.
As per the latest announcement, most of the candidates who were within this cutoff range have been provisionally allotted to a bank.See below for detailed notifications:
A list containing the names & roll. nos. of those who made in this final allotment shall be made available on IBPS website before April 16th, says the official release.
Update 1: Emails are being received by those who have now received provisional allotment. So keep an eye on your mail inbox (including junk/ spam folder).
Update 2: Spl IV & Clerk IV qualifiers were receiving emails due to technical errors. IBPS has informed them to ignore those intimations.
The IBPS PO III, Clerk III & Specialist Officer III were conducted to fill bank vacancies for the year 2014 – 15.With March 31, 2015 being the last date of validity for these scores, they had released the allotment status of reserve lists now.
Therefore, they have now formally announced the END of all the selection procedures involved in allotting candidates chosen through IBPS CWE 2014-15. |
So don’t expect anymore announcements about 2nd or 3rd waiting list.It is not going to happen.
We know this shall be the next question. What is going to happen in the forthcoming days?
If you choose not to join, your selection/ appointment will be cancelled & have to appear for the next IBPS common exams to gain a chance.(see IBPS Bank Exams Calendar 2015)
