Bank jobs are getting filled faster nowadays compared to previous recruitments.Thanks to the streamlined approach taken by IBPS through their common selection process for bank exams.IBPS has announced that the allotments for specialist officer posts in public sector banks is complete.It means these chosen candidates are ready to take up their new positions.
Individual exams & interviews conducted by public banks have become a thing of the past after Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) took over banking recruitments.
With the schedule of next IBPS bank exams to start from September 2015, the institute is wrapping up their previous selections as quickly as possible.
3900 Spl. Officer Posts Filled
The IBPS CWE 2015 for specialist officers was held in the month of February 2015 & qualifiers were then asked to appear for common interviews in March.
Since candidates were told to register their preferred banks at the time of submitting online registrations itself, IBPS has completed allotting them to various banks.
22 Public sector banks have earmarked 3963 specialist officer jobs for the year 2015-16, which is lower than the 4400 vacancies created last year.

Intimations are being sent to those who were successfully allotted via email/ sms.If you had submitted preferences & has also secured scores within the below ranges, watch out for such communications.
Reserve List Cutoffs
The allotments have been done based on merit cum preference, says IBPS in a statement on their website here released to convey the results.
But they have also published the minimum & maximum cutoff scores of those who were successful & the ones who are currently placed in reserve list.
The below image clearly shows categorywise scores fixed for reserve/ waiting list.Candidates within this range may get allotment if there further vacancies are announced for the year.
Candidates have to note that these combined markings were derived as a result of adding your written exam & personal interview scores for total of 100.
What Next?
With IBPS completing the allotment procedures, they shall now forward this list of selected individuals to respective banks.
Public banks would then email the candidates separately describing about joining formalities, date of reporting, venue etc.,
Before offering appointment, candidates will have to submit their documents/ marksheets/ certificates or any other records asked by PSB`s to prove their eligibility.
There is no definite timeline on when the banks will inform about joining duty. Hence one has to wait & keep checking their website regularly for updates.
