IDBI Bank (Industrial Development Bank of India) has released 1044 executives recruitment notification for the year 2022-23.IDBI Bank was established 40 years ago, with Govt. of India as majority shareholder, which now functions as a full service commercial bank with headquarters in Mumbai & having a presence of 1000+ branches across India.
Public sector banks are a part of the IBPS common recruitment process through which the vacancies in banks are filled. But IDBI Bank has chosen to conduct its own recruitment for contractual positions for its branches & offices across India without the need of candidates to qualify in IBPS exams.

Executive – 1044 posts
This is a contract job of 1 year, which will be extended for 2 more years with monthly salary of Rs.29,000 (1yr), 31,000 (2nd yr) & 34,000 (3rd yr).On completion of 3 yrs, executives can apply for Assistant Manager (Grade A) post in IDBI bank.

Who are Eligible?
Although this IDBI Bank recruitment 2022, doesn’t require you to have qualified in IBPS examinations, it is necessary to posses the following eligibility conditions:
– Age: 20 – 25 years as on April 1, 2022 (+3 yrs for OBC, +5 for SC/ST)
– Pass in degree from a recognized university, as on Apr 1, 2022
– Must have good working knowledge in computers. You should have completed Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer operations/ Language/ OR should have studied Computer science/ IT as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/Institute.
Those studying in final year/ semester are also eligible to apply but they need to provide proof of passing the graduation on or before April 1, 2022.
What is the Selection Process:
The selection process of IDBI bank Executive recruitment 2022 involves an online written test (objective type) in the following pattern:
You need to qualify in each test by securing the necessary cutoff marks set by the bank. While each correct answer fetches you 1 mark, every wrong answer carries 0.25 negative mark.
Since there are no interviews for executive posts, those who are qualifying in the written exam shall be directly shortlisted for document verification & medical test.

Interested applicants have to pay Rs.1000 (Gen/OBC) or Rs.200 (SC/ST/PWD) as non-refundable fee between June 6 to 17 only through online mode.
