The NIACL AO salary will be approx Rs.51,000 per month (in metro cities) in the payscale of Rs.32975-62315.Employees are also eligible for allowances & benefits including medical aid, gratuity, leased accommodation etc.,
These vacancies exist in Mumbai and its suburbs, Ratnagiri, Raigad & Sindhudurg districts of Maharashtra & the states of Goa & Gujarat.

Conditions to Apply:
Here are the eligibility criteria for new india assurance AO recruitment 2016,
- Must be within 21 – 30 years of age (+3 yrs for OBC, +5yrs for SC/ ST)
- 60% marks in UG or PG degree (55% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university.
All the above qualifications as eligibility should be as on October 1, 2016
Written Test Procedure
As part of the NIACL AO recruitment 2016, candidates have to appear for an online examination in the month of December.
The preliminary examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections.
- English Language
- Reasoning Ability
- Quantitative Aptitude
Candidates have to qualify in each test by securing pass marks for getting shorlisted for mains exam.
The main examination is schduled to be held in the month of January 2017.It will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks.Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online.
Apart from the above objective tests, there will be a descriptive tests for 30 marks, which must also be taken online (on a computer).It is only for qualifying purposes only.
The descriptive test contains 2 questions:
- Essay writing – 20 marks
- Letter writing – 10 marks
Only those who score the necessary cutoffs in each section of the objective test & on total scores would only be called for interviews.
NIACL AO Service Bond
All candidates selected for appointment should sign an undertaking agreeing to serve the company for 4 years (including 1 year probation).
In the event of resigning from service before the expiry of bond period, he/ she is liable to pay the salary received in addition to an amount of Rs.25,000 towards cost of training.
