SBI associate banks clerk recruitment results has been welcomed with usual excitement.With just few days remaining for the new year, this news has infact surprised many aspirants.Its not without reason, as recruitments of State bank of India are generally considered to complete late.
State Bank of India had announced recruitment of 7740 clerk level positions in its 5 associate banks – SBBJ(1400), SBH(1880), SBM(800), SBT(2500) & SBP(1160)
As part of its selection process, a written examination was held on October 7 & 14, 2012.Although the number of registrants was not declared officially, lakhs of aspirants are believed to have appeared considering the aftertalks.

When are the Interviews?
Having successfully cleared the written test, candidates would now proceed to the second and final stage of selection.
Personal interviews for SBI associate banks clerk recruitment project 2012 are scheduled to start from January 30, 2013
State bank has also advised the qualifiers to download their inter. call letters starting Jan 4, 2013
Since 7700 vacancies are on offer cutoff marks may have been fixed in such a way to shortlist approx. 23000 – 30000 people (max ratio of 1:4).
It is also necessary to note that SBI will respond to queries about marks only after completion of this recruitment exercise.This could be a message to RTI requests.
