State Bank of India ,the country`s largest public sector bank is back with the recruitment of 4987 Probationary Officers for its associate banks.It has been a week since the results for associate bank clerk exam were released.

Probationary Officers – 4987 posts– Rs.23520 /month (approx.)

Eligibility for those looking to apply for this SBI PO recruitment,:

Selection process for PO post will be through a written test (objective & descriptive) for 250 marks.Apart from securing the minimum qualifying marks, it is necessary to score 40% overall in the test.
Those with high marks in test will be shortlisted for Group discussion & Interview in the ratio of 1:3 (maybe around 15000 candidates)
Application fees of Rs.50 (SC/ST) or Rs.500 (others) can be paid at any State bank of India branch, upto June 23 using the cash voucher given at www.statebankofindia.com. In the online application, your signature & photo must also be attached before sending it.
The fee receipt and application printout are to be submitted at the exam centre (during the written test.)
