To apply for SI and ASI positions, you need to satisfy the following conditions.They are:
Age: Minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years and maximum age is 25 years as on 01.01.2017 (+3 yrs for OBC and +5yrs for SC/ ST)
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government on or before 01.01.2017.
For Sub Inspector in Delhi Police: Male candidates should possess and also carry a valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
Candidates who do not have a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motor Cycle and Car) can apply for all other CAPFs posts.
The written examination consist of two papers: Paper-I will be held from 30.06.2017 to 07.07.2017 and Paper – II will be held on 08.10.2017.
Paper 1 will be computer based, of 2 hours duration and will have 200 questions for 200 marks. The paper will consist of four sections; General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English comprehension. Each section will have 50 questions of 50 marks.
Apart from English section, question paper will be set in English and Hindi languages.
Paper II is scheduled for October 8, 2017, will also be of 2 hours duration. It will have 200 questions for 200 marks, and questions will be asked based on English language & comprehension.
Both the papers will have multiple choice based questions. The provision of negative marking is also there which indicates that 0.25 mark will be deducted from a candidate’s score for each wrong answer.

Apart from the online examination, candidates would also have to take physical efficiency (endurance) test. The details regarding PET for all posts can be viewed in the official notification carefully as PET will be of qualifying nature.
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 100 as per prescribed method at the time of applying online.
All women and candidates from SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen categories are fully exempted from paying the application fee for SSC CPO 2017 recruitment examination.
