There`s more to follow as United Bank of India wrapped up its recruitment of probationary officers by releasing the final list.Atleast 5 banks have declared the names of those found eligible for appointment, this May.
United Bank of India advertised for 450 PO vacancies & invited common bank exam qualifiers to apply in February 2012.In addition, they were specific to call only those having 55% in graduation.
450 from 2100:
From the 2121 applicants who were called for interviews, the bank has selected exactly 450 candidates for appointment as PO`s.

While the interview was conducted for 100 marks, the minimum marks to qualify was fixed at 40 (35 for OBC/SC/ST/PWD)
Bond period:
Though the probation period is only for 2 years, appointees must execute a service bond at the time of joining for 3 years.
Incase of quitting before 3 years, the bond value of Rs.1 lakh must be paid to the bank.
Joining:
Reporting date could fall in the 3rd week of June & hence individual letters may be sent before it, we expect.
United bank of India is also also advising these selected people to visit their website regularly to know about further information about joining.
Interview Cutoffs:
To shortlist for interview process, United bank of India had published cutoff scores in April 2012. Only those above it were called to attend personal interviews (PI) held at major centres across India.
